We accept returns & exchanges for all products on teamzuby.com, as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Items must be in their original condition and free from use. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise.

2. If you received an order with incorrect products (wrong size, wrong color, etc.) we will happily send you a return label free of charge. Once you receive your return label, please return your incorrect products, and we will ship the correct item(s) to you.

3. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Please note, customers pay the return label fee for returns that aren't the fault of the merchant. Use our sizing chart located on each product page to assure your items fit properly.
